If you'd like to have the same cleaner for each visit, simply let us know when booking your service, and we'll do our best to assign the same cleaning professional to your home or office each time. However, in the rare event that your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or scheduling conflicts, we’ll notify you in advance and send a qualified substitute who follows the same high standards.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a late cancellation fee to cover the costs of the time reserved for your cleaning.
